Ilza Roggeband is a freelance journalist based in the seaside village of Melkbosstrand outside Cape Town, South Africa. Specialising in entertainment and profile interviews, she is the writer of two works of non-fiction (both about the arts in South Africa), as well as a crime novel set in the music industry. Her other loves include her son, Zac Steyn, who works in the film industry, reading, film and television and absolutely everything to do with food.
