Visiting the world with

THIS IS
Steve McCurry

Steve McCurry has been one of the most iconic voices in contemporary photography for more than 30 years. A master of visual storytelling, he is best known for his haunting portrait of a green-eyed Afghan refugee girl in National Geographic. McCurry’s work has spanned conflicts, vanishing civilizations, ancient traditions and contemporary culture alike – always retaining the human element that made his celebrated image of the Afghan Girl such a powerful image. We knew there was no one more qualified to chronicle our ongoing mission to discover the authentic beauty of the world.

We invite you to explore the Silversea experience from the lens of arguably the greatest living photographer today.
