Montreal-born Martha Chapman has had the travel bug all her life. From hitchhiking across Europe to admiring New Zealand glaciers from a helicopter, she has found that travel is a wonderful way to expand one’s horizons and connect with others. To date, she has traveled to about 50 countries and cites some of her favorites as Italy, Bermuda, Canada – of course – and England (where she attended boarding school, making her an expert on the British culinary oddity called toad in the hole). She lives in Toronto. where she writes for a variety of travel publications and websites and eagerly awaits her next trip.
