Adams Sachs is the the director of S.A.L.T. (Sea and Land Taste) project for Silversea. A globetrotting food, travel and lifestyle journalist, he was previously editor in chief of Saveur magazine, wrote a column for Bon Appétit magazine and has served as Contributing Editor at Travel + Leisure, Condé Nast Traveler, Elle Decor and GQ magazines, among others. He has is the recipient of three prestigious James Beard Awards for his food and travel stories from around the world.
