She has written for enRoute, Today.com, the Toronto Star, Travel+Leisure, Ensemble Vacations, The Globe and Mail, TimeOutToronto.com, The Latin Kitchen, Rodale’s Organic Gardening and Toronto Life to name a few. She was also the former brunch columnist for the Toronto Star’s weekly column “The Morning After” for the last year of its existence. Mary Luz curates and hosts food festivals throughout Toronto including The Pan American Food Festival and previously Luminato and numerous Harbourfront Centre festivals.
